New Arrival!

8 lbs 4 oz, 21 inches

Lots of dark, fluffy hair! = )
Bethany got to the hospital at 8:30pm and
delivered Alyssa at 8:45pm! We're very
thankful for a happy, healthy baby.
Bethany and Alyssa are both doing great!

Dinner at Mongolian BBQ

Mary and Ariel were home on spring break this week so

we went to Mongolian BBQ for dinner and to catch up. :-)

Since it was just Rachel and Tabitha's birthdays,

we decided to embarrass them and tell our waiter.

He made some fun birthday hats for them to wear. :-)
They also got a free dinner so it was worth it!

Rachel was happy to let Abby borrow her hat. = )

Tabitha & Hannah's Birthday

Tabitha made Hannah this adorable cake for her birthday.

She got a bluetooth and loves it already!
It's become a joke now that Dad & Mom get Tabitha a pineapple
for her birthday every year. When she was a little girl they

wanted her to try pineapple... she refused to try it.

Finally after a long battle she tried it, and loved it!

She kept asking for more. =)

Suzy and Abby decorated Tabitha's car for

her birthday. They forgot and kept wondering why
people were honking at them. :-)

Hannah has been wanting a haircut for a while. She was
thrilled when Tabitha suggested she come in to her
school on her birthday to get it done.

Hannah and Naomi love their new bunnies.

Naomi named hers Oreo, and Hannah named hers Bugs.

Happy Birthday Rachel!!

Visiting Family

We were able to take a quick sister's trip to visit family

last week. It worked out with our school and work

schedules to leave Thursday night. We drove to Chicago
and stayed at an awesome hotel for the night. Bethany
brought the kids over Friday morning so they could swim
in the pool. Joanna and Carter loved it but it was a little
overwhelming for Nathan!

We left Friday afternoon and drove to Camp Joy in Wisconsin.
It worked out for Mary to meet us there and we had a great
time catching up with her!

It was nice to see friends we had gotten
to know over the summer.
Stephen and Tina are so much fun. Camp Joy is
blessed to have them there! = )

We met Adam and Katie for dinner on our way home Saturday.
It was nice to meet her brother, Josh, too. = )
