We went to the "Other Burtt's" for a bonfire.

Naomi's Baptism

Last week during one of the services Naomi heard preacher announce that we were having a baptism. She had Hannah help her write a note to mom during the service...

Today was the baptism and Naomi was excited about being baptized. Dad and Naomi
Naomi was anxious to join her friends for the baseball game. (check out the crocs :-)
Poor Naomi got left at church after such a long day! She called home crying and said, "everyone forgot me at church"! :-(

Curly Hair?!?!

Naomi very carefully (not to mess up the hair) went running around the house this morning showing everyone her curly hair! She was so excited about her curls, and very proud of it!

Thank goodness for older sisters!!

We introduced her to moose and a diffuser. ;-)

Camp Joy

Rachel took some of the girls from her Sunday School class to Camp Joy this week. Tabitha and Abby went along as sponsors. She also took three of the Hyre boys and dropped them off in Chicago to be with family.

Happy 22nd Birthday Rebekah!!

We celebrated Rebekah's birthday tonight since some of the girls are leaving for camp tomorrow morning. She is happy to have Sarah home. Rebekah, Sarah & Nicole plan to do some shopping tomorrow and get ready for college!

Last weekend...

We all went to Cracker Barrel Friday night before Suzy and Lydia's concert.

Suzy, Dwight Gustafson and Lydia Suzy had a looong week! When we got back to Lloyd & Bethany's she fell asleep in her dress and slept all night. :-)

We all went to Culvers on Saturday before Dad, Mom, Rachel and Lydia went back to Michigan. The manager at Culvers was so nice - he gave us free ice cream, 10% off our bill and thought mom was a sister! :-)Nathan had his own table. :-) Joanna, Tabitha and Suzy went to Camp Joy to get Julie and Mary. They had a fun, but busy two weeks and were ready to come home.

The five of us girls stopped back in Chicago for the night and went shopping the next day.

Julia & Mary are home! =)

Joanna, Suzy & Tabitha went to pick up the girls from camp this weekend. Julia & Mary had a lot of fun! They worked them like cRaZy... they are completely exhausted! It's good to have them home!

John turned 15 yesterday. He had a long fun-filled day and by the time it came to opening presents he was exhausted!
